Eligibility

• Ideally, counsellors have a minimum of 5 years of experience and have 150 supervision hours (please check your regulatory body before registering for this training program).

Level 1: OVERVIEW of Supervision Core Competencies

 

• 12 professional development hours

• Upon successful completion, can register for Level 2

• Learn and understand the entire supervision process

• Uses adult learning techniques: theory, experiential activities, multi-media presentations, observation, interactive exchange, group discussion, self-reflection, assessment, testing questions, and evaluation

• Participants will receive comprehensive resources
